When you meditate you are with your soul and when you sit with your soul it is not possible to not be happy. As you incorporate this practice regularly into your life you will receive a energy boost. You will feel more energetic, happier, calmer. Things that once bothered you don’t bother you much anymore.You begin to see life and all things in it differently.
You may be someone who accomplishes much in a day and does very much in a day, and for others. Perhaps you feel pressure and stress engulf your life from all the demands, deadlines and accomplishments. You can feel depleted. Tired. Run down. You often run on auto pilot. You are the machine that does not shut down. But you must shut down for regular maintenance. To recharge yourself.
To really know yourself and understand and truly feel all that is here for you, you must sit. You must sit and be still. Be quiet. There is much you will learn in the silence. Many have a misunderstanding of meditation. Many have tried and felt they could not do it.
